What a launch includes

We shoot the property and deliver the media for you to use: a 3+ minute edited FPV drone film, 100+ edited ground and aerial photos, a 10+ page property book, and 50+ social media assets (reels, posts and stories) cut and sized for the major social channels. Everything is delivered within 3 days of the shoot.

You use the media wherever you market the listing: your website, social media and anywhere else. We don’t write listing descriptions or captions, and we don’t post for you.

The property book

The book holds the property’s photos, its story, its facts and a QR code to the film. The facts (acreage, taxes, zoning and the like) come from you, and you approve every page before it’s delivered. The book doesn’t show the asking price, so a price change never leaves it out of date.

The book is delivered as a digital edition to share by link and a print-ready file, so you can print copies to hand out at showings. Printing is yours to arrange.

Price and payment

Each launch is priced per listing, and we confirm the price with you before anything is booked. There’s no deposit and no retainer. You review everything first: payment is due once you’ve signed off on your launch, and before any of it is posted publicly. If you don’t sign off, you don’t pay (see The Final Cut Guarantee below).

Shoot day

A shoot takes 2 to 5 hours, depending on the size of the property, and you walk it with us. Before the shoot, you confirm the seller’s permission to photograph and fly the property, and send the gate codes, boundaries and any areas to keep out of the media. We plan around the light and the weather; if a day won’t do the land justice, we reschedule together.

Rescheduling or cancelling a shoot never costs anything. Life happens; we’ll work with you to find a day that does.

Travel

We’re based in River Falls, Wisconsin, and we’ll travel anywhere. The first 50 miles, round trip, are free; every mile past that is $1.50. For example, a property 250 miles away is a 500-mile round trip: 450 miles past the first 50, or $675.

The Final Cut Guarantee

You sign off on everything before you pay a dollar. If it isn't right, we fix it. If it still isn't right, you owe nothing.

Signing off means telling us your launch is approved. Posting any of the media also counts as signing off. If you don’t sign off, you don’t pay; we keep the media, and it can’t be used for the listing. Posting is any public use: a listing site, your website, social media, email or print. Sending the files privately to the seller for review is not posting. We ask that you review your launch right away, ideally within 24 hours. If you need longer, that’s fine; nothing is charged automatically.

Bonuses

Any bonus that comes with your first launch is agreed on your call and confirmed in writing before anything is booked. Each comes once, whether you book one listing or many, and starts once your first launch is paid for. Bonuses have no cash value.

Who owns the media

Once you’ve paid, the photos, film and everything else in your launch are yours to use under your name, to market the listing and your business. Kedron may use the same media in its own marketing. Tell us before the shoot if anything on the property should stay out of it. If a launch isn’t paid for under the guarantee, Kedron keeps the media and it can’t be used for the listing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book a launch is the one that applies to it.
