How much of my time does it take?
A 10-minute intro call, an onboarding call to book the shoot, and 2 to 5 hours on the property with us on shoot day. We do the editing.
Why not just do the videos and drone work myself?
Premium media takes time and know-how to make. We bring both, so you can spend your time selling. It draws more buyers to your listing, so it sells faster. And it shows the next seller how far you'll go for them, which helps you win their listing too.
My land listings already sell. Why would I need this?
You may not need it to sell the listing. It helps with the next one: landowners choose an agent partly on how they've seen that agent market land, and every launch carries your name.
Who owns the photos and film?
You do, once you've paid. Use them under your name to market the listing and your business. Kedron may also use them in its own marketing; tell us before the shoot if anything should stay out.
