Privacy policy

We collect what we need to call you back about a listing, and to see how the site is used. We don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

Effective October 5, 2026

When you book a call

The booking form asks, one question at a time:

  • Your first name and email, and whether you’re an agent, a broker, a landowner or something else
  • For agents and brokers: your brokerage, where you list land, what kinds, how many listings you take a year, what would help most, and whether you have one to launch, when, and what it might list for
  • For landowners: where the land is, its size and type, when you might sell, what matters most to you in the sale, and a rough value
  • The best phone number to reach you

We save each answer as you go, from the moment you give your email, so if you stop partway we still have what you told us. We may email you about your call or to pick up where you left off, and every email has a way to opt out. The calendar at the end is run by Cal.com, which receives your name, email and answers so the booking comes with them.

We use it to talk with you and to come to the call knowing something about your land or your market. That’s all.

When you send a message

The contact form asks for your first and last name, your email, a phone number if you’d like a call back, and your message. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.

Where your visit came from

When you arrive, your browser notes the first page you landed on, the site that sent you, and any campaign tag in the link. It keeps this in your browser tab only. It’s sent to us if you start the booking form, so we know how you found us, and it’s gone when you close the tab.

Stopping spam

To limit repeat submissions, we store a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address with each form submission. It can’t be turned back into your IP address.

Analytics

We use PostHog to see which pages people read and which buttons they click, so we can make the site clearer. It runs through our own domain and uses a cookie and your browser’s local storage to recognize a return visit. It records page views, when you leave a page, and clicks on our main buttons. It doesn’t record what you type into the form.

Who handles it

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are stored in a database run by Neon, and a note about each is posted to our team’s Slack. Calls are booked through Cal.com. Analytics are processed by PostHog. Each handles the data only to provide their service to us.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking requests and contact messages are kept for up to two years after we last hear from you, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the work and for tax and accounting records for as long as the law requires. Analytics are kept by PostHog for up to 12 months. The scrambled IP addresses used to stop spam are kept with the submission they came with.

Seeing or deleting your information

Email support@kedronco.com and we’ll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time to reset analytics.

Changes

If this changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date. The terms of service cover everything else.
